How many products should I send out?

Each Suzy™ Home IHUT includes 250 units per test; that is our recommended amount. Depending on your product, your exact quantities may differ.

What is an IHUT?

IHUT (in-home usage testing) studies are a way to conduct product testing by letting consumers physically use the product and provide their feedback. IHUTs enable a full sensory experience and feedback is based on real-life usage.

How does it work?

Tell us about your product, screening criteria and test objectives. We will work together to create a test plan. Then, send your product to our fulfillment center, and we’ll take care of the rest- finding a qualified audience and ensuring that they receive your products. You can then gather  feedback via Suzy™ and Suzy™ Live… or have our Managed Services team do it for you.

How do I collect feedback?

You can do the quant and qual analysis using your questions allotment in Suzy™ and Suzy™ Live. As an example, you can start with a live unboxing and usage of your product via a Suzy™ Live IDI with a few participants, and validate your learnings with a survey questionnaire sent to the rest. Or, you can begin with a survey about the consumer’s experiences with your product, and dive even deeper into those findings with a live interview.
